Small Dogs that Dont Shed are Great Network Marketers

Small dogs that don't shed have so many talents. First off, Houdini Clarke, Maltese extraordinaire is a wonderful companion ... loving and totally funny. Secondly he is an integral part of our marketing business. Recently he traveled with us to the Trump Las Vegas for the 2009 Distributor Rights Association Convention.

Take a peek at some of the fun he had ...

Small dogs are always a joy to have around and the small breeds that don't shed, or shed very little are even better.

Houdini Clarke, internet marketer and MLM distributor ... why not? In the Network Marketing industry it is vital that you become recognized ... everyone remembers Houdini! We even had a woman come up to us in the convention, someone we had never met, and she regularly follows Houdini's blog ... she knew all about him ... how cool is that.

Small dogs that Don't Shed - Halloween Costumes

Small dogs that don't shed ... these little guys are great! Houdini Clarke loves to dress up for the photo ops and has decided to ask his friends to choose his Halloween costume this year. Of course, he has several options to choose from and over the next couple of weeks will be modeling all his latest gear.

In addition, he would love to include all of his friends pictures also. So tell your Mom and Dad to dress you up in your best dog Halloween costume and take a picture. Houdini will post all of them. You don't even have to be a small dog ... all dogs are welcome!

The "Hoots" is rather partial to his latest sombrero. It gives him that Latin flare and he is looking forward to the next cinco de mayo party where he can show it off ... OLE`

Houdini Clarke posing in his Viking headgear. He likes this look and he feels quite manly while prancing around the house in it.

This next look, Houdini feels, perhaps will give the girls the wrong idea ... he isn't really into the lady bug look, but you must admit he still is kinda cute!

Now, the bumble bee could go either way, but it seems that when he wears it he has this urge to piddle on all the flowers ... lol!

OK, please post your comments and send us your photos and let's make this a terrific contest ... prizes to be announced later.

Small dogs that don't shed ROCK ... but all the other "dogs" are pretty cool, too!

Now Houdini advises if your really want to compete with him, you simply MUST have a terrific costume. He has found the place to shop for all of your costume needs ... even if you are human ... LOL! Ya gotta check it out!

Small Dogs - Houdini Clarke Celebrates Birthday

Houdini Clarke, Maltese Dog and definitely a member of the small dogs that don't shed, will be celebrating his 7th birthday tomorrow. Yes, I know, he still looks just like a pup, but he has been around the block a few times ... pun intended!

He picked us out when he was only 10 weeks old and has finally, after all of these years, pretty much got us trained to keep him a lifestyle that most people would envy!

Houdini spends most of his time doing doggie stuff when he is not running for Prez. Yes, he did run for the White House in 2008 and for now, he is keeping up with his memoirs and perhaps 2012 ....

Prince Houdini of Capri has traveled quite a bit and knows the international scene pretty well. The "Hoots" has gone to Europe 10 times, traveled by plane (both private and commercial), train, boat, bicycle, golf cart and automobile.

The little guy met with the mayor of Guanaja while visiting Honduras (see photo op) and has been sung to in the Austrian Alps by famous singer "Anton of Tirol" ....

He has been deep sea fishing in the Bahamas and splashed in the crystal blue waters of the Florida Keys. There is not much that Houdini Clarke has missed out on, as it should be.

So all friends of Houdini Clarke are invited for special "kibble and bits" !
No presents please, just a pee-mail or comment will do!

Happy Birthday Houdini!

Small dogs that Don't Shed - Purina Diet

Small dogs that don't shed are the best! Houdini Clarke, since his run for the white house receives bags of email everyday asking about plans for 2012. For right now he is kicking back and considering a possible career in journalism.

Purina Chow Diet

Yesterday I was buying a bag of Purina dog chow at Wal-Mart and was about to check out. A woman behind me asked if I had a dog. On impulse, I told her no, I didn't have a dog, and that I was starting the Purina Diet again. Although I probably shouldn't, because I'd ended up in the hospital last time, but that I'd lost 50 pounds before I awakened in an intensive care ward with tubes coming out of most of my orifices and IVs in both arms.

I told her that it was essentially a perfect diet and that the way that it works is to load your pants pockets with Purina nuggets and simply eat one or two every time you feel hungry and that the food is nutritionally complete so I was going to try it again.

I have to mention here that everyone in the line was by now enthralled with my story ...

Horrified, she asked if I ended up in intensive care because the dog food poisoned me. I told her
no, that I stepped off a curb to sniff an Irish Setter's butt and a car hit us both.

I thought the guy behind her was going to have a heart attack, he was laughing so hard!

WAL-MART won't let me shop there anymore!!!

Hehehehe ... !

PS. Since I'm not going to Wal-mart, I now shop for Dog Food at PetSmart.com
They have the VERY BEST prices!

Houdini Clarke ... a Little Humor for Bentley Brown

An older, tired-looking dog wandered into my yard.
I could tell from his collar and well-fed belly that
he had a home and was well taken care of.

He calmly came over to me, I gave him a few pats on his head;
he then followed me into my house, slowly walked down the
hall, curled up in the corner and fell asleep.

An hour later, he went to the door, and I let him out.

The next day he was back, greeted me in my yard, walked inside and resumed his spot in the hall and again slept for about an hour.

This continued off and on for several weeks.

Curious I pinned a note to his collar: 'I would like to find out who the owner of this wonderful sweet dog is and ask if you are aware that almost every afternoon your dog comes to my house for a nap.'

The next day he arrived for his nap, with a different note pinned to his collar:

'He lives in a home with 6 children, 2 under the age of 3 - he's trying to catch up on his sleep.

Can I come with him tomorrow?

Doctor Energizer Pulses Houdini Clarke PER2000

Houdini Clarke makes history once again as the first Maltese to pulsed by a PER2000 Pulsed Energy Replenisher. Doctor Energizer visited our home and demonstrated to Houdini how simple, painless and non-invasive it is to use.

Houdini enjoyed his session and was calm throughout. After Doctor Energizer left, six year old Houdini was playing like a puppy again!

The PER2000 is used on thoroughbred racehorses and greyhounds before they race. The PEMF technology boosts the energy and improves their performance. In fact, Albertus Maximus, a racehorse was pulsed just prior to his winning the Breeder's Cup and then again before the Donn's Handicapp.

Nothing is too good for Houdini, the star of small dogs that don't shed!

Small Dogs Need Grooming, Too!

Houdini is one of the small dogs that don't shed ... he is the perfect example that grooming is essential for these little guys.

Maltese have hair, not fur like most dogs ... in other words there is no undercoat and he must be combed, brushed, trimmed and cut, or his hair will continue to grow, like humans, until their hair reaches the floor.

We call these grooming sessions laughingly a "spa day" .... everyone in the neighborhood knows about Houdini's spa days ... lol!

The routine begins with a flowbee cut ... now I don't know if you remember the flowbee from TV, but these things are great! They hook up to your vacuum and it hair is literally sucked into the trimming head ... it has several spacers that allow you to trim as much or little as you want off your pet. The really neat part is there is no messy hair flying around ... too cool!

Actually their are human and pet flowbee models and we have the human model because BigAl began using one on his head many years ago! For the Pet Flowbee you can click here ... it is worth its weight in gold ... do you know how much money they want to groom a Maltese these days? YIKES! In my area it runs about $55 per session. You can pay for one grooming or buy one of these "bad boys" and have a lifetime of use!

Next on the menu of grooming services is the scissor clip for around the face, eyes and paws ... it is very important to make sure that the hair between the pads on the paws are clipped short ... paws that never dry out can get a yeast infection.

Houdini's very favorite part of spa day is the bath ... NOT .... I don't know why he hates this part so much. We always use warm water, he gets a wonderful massage and he has our total attention for at least 10 minutes while the shampoo whitens and brightens his coat, but alas, he would rather do just about anything than to hop into the sink. We use a special soap for white dogs Synergy Groomer's Blend Ultra White Shampoo, 17.3 Ounce this stuff works like a charm ... it keeps Houdini in dog show condition! A quick rinse with conditioner ... remember he has hair, not fur and he is ready for the blow dryer!

Once dry, we finish up the session with the toe nails. The best thing that we have run into is the nifty pedipaws gadget that actually files the nail rather than cutting. How many times have you accidentally cut into the quick because you couldn't see it .... well, this totally eliminates that ... the PediPaws Pet Nail Trimmer is the BEST!

Small dogs that don't shed are truly the best, but they do require attention to look their best

ShihTzus Pack a Punch- Small Dogs that don't Shed ...

Shih Tzus are are small dogs that don't shed. They are known for being sturdy, attentive, energetic, responsive and they are best suited to being companion dogs. Usually ShihTzus are generally easy-going and affectionate. When in a playful mood, Shih Tzus can be feisty and mischievous. Because they are alert and attentive dogs, they make good watchdogs who may bark a lot. Shih Tzus love attention and being spoiled. They are very clever and can be trained, although they are known to be stubborn and a trainer consequently needs to be very patient. Shih Tzus generally get along well with other pets and older children.

Letter from an UNKOWN Source!

Post VERY LOW on the refrigerator door - pet nose height.

Dear Dogs,

The dishes with the paw prints are yours and contain your food. The other dishes are mine and contain my food. Please note, placing a paw print in the middle of my plate and food does not stake a claim for it becoming your food and dish, nor do I find that aesthetically pleasing in the slightest.

The stairway was not designed by NASCAR and is not a racetrack. Beating me to the bottom is not the object. Tripping me doesn't help because I fall faster than you can run.

I cannot buy anything bigger than a king sized bed. I am very sorry about this. Do not think I will continue sleeping on the couch to ensure your comfort. Dogs can actually curl up in a ball when they sleep. It is not necessary to sleep perpendicular to each other stretched out to the fullest extent possible. I also know that sticking tails straight out and having tongues hanging out the other end to maximize space is nothing but sarcasm.

For the last time, there is no secret exit from the bathroom. If by some miracle I beat you there and manage to get the door shut, it is not necessary to claw, whine and try to turn the knob or get your paw under the edge and try to pull the door open. I must exit through the same door I entered. Also, I have been using the bathroom for years -- your attendance is not required.

The proper order is kiss me, then go smell the other dog butt. I cannot stress this enough!

To pacify you, my dear dog, I have posted the following message on our front door:

To All Non-Pet Owners Who Visit and Like to Complain About Our Pets:

1. They live here. You don't.
2. If you don't want their hair on your clothes, stay off the furniture. That's why they call it 'fur'niture.
3. I like my pets a lot better than I like most people.
4. To you, they are an animal. To me, he/she is an adopted son/daughter who is short, hairy, walks on all fours and doesn't speak clearly.

Remember, Dogs are better than kids because they:

1. Eat less
2. Don't ask for money all the time
3 Are easier to train
4. Normally come when called
5. Never ask to drive the car
6. Don't hang out with drug-using friends
7. Don't smoke or drink
8. Don't have to buy the latest fashions
9. Don't want to wear your clothes
10. Don't need a gazillion dollars for college, and...
11. If they get pregnant, you can sell their children
